Observe Yourself!

Observe all thoughts that cycle through brain. Simply notice them as an observer of the observant. Stay present in each and every moment, with every in-breath and out-breath and simply be a witness to what you feel in your heart, body and spirit energies.

Know that thoughts are ephemeral, like clouds that regularly drift through the vast blue open sky. Some thoughts may carry negative energies bringing fear, anger or sadness with tears like raindrops that fall from heavy dark grey clouds. Some thoughts may also carry positive energies with joy, bliss and loving kindness like transluscant white clouds that allow the sun to shimmer brightly through.

You are not your thoughts. Thoughts are temporary. Thoughts are fleeting, transient and evanescent as all they all naturally disappear like clouds in the sky. Here you will live the simply good life by choosing best in moments as you be your pureness within, fully aligned with healthy nourishing powers of sun where happiness prevails!
