Bless your Temple of Life!

Listen to your body so it will be profoundly accepted as it is and you can define it on divine level as a temple in your simply good life. Body brings blessed gifts of insights to free mind and listen to heart with every breath you take so you will be on path of peace and joy, making better choices every step of the way. So whatever things are and wherever you are, it is always great to just accept who you are in moments unfolding without any judgements or criticisms. Just be aligned with magic of mysteries, unconditional love and acceptance plus faith in every new day which will rebirth self to become fully aligned with the universe and rhythm of heart essence.

For instance, take time to heal and recover any discomforts from physical tensions, fears, worries and doubts. Take time to rest and meditate during the day, going into silence and deep breathing to sense all that arises within you. Fully listen to body and make better choices with foods that will be the medicine of lively wellness. Also exercise regularly with a variety of activities including walking, strengthening and stretching with Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises which will empowering you to return home to youthful vitality. At the end of each day, sleep good enough with at least 7 hours and witness all that arises from dream world. Then if you like, journal stream of consciousness all that arises within and feel your hand is a great artful teacher as well!
