Breathe with Ease!

Take time to breathe mindfully every time you wake up to prepare for best new day of your life! Focus on each inhale and exhale, always inhaling through nostrils and exhaling through mouth. Create rhythms within by counting numbers with each inhale and each exhale. You could count 4’s like a box where you inhale to count of 4, hold breath for count 4, exhale to count of 4 and hold breath to count of 4. Other options are counting 3, 4, 5 or 4, 7, 8. without any holding after each exhale.

Exhaling through nostrils is also possible as well as exhaling with an imaginary straw, where you will place tip of your tongue on upper back of front teeth connected with gums and then blow out breath like you are blowing through a straw. You could even make a sound as you do this if you like, a soft whisk of air that slowly comes out. Here your mind and body calms more and more and rejuvenates into your heart and soul in life changing ways. New You is rebirthed with You-nique You coming forth with You-niverse!
